Having joined JCW in 2008, just a year after its inception, John has since progressed from Associate to Managing Director and now oversees JCW Group’s three core brands (JCW, Catalyst Life Sciences and Cybernetic Search) across Europe.
John is primarily responsible for growing the European business in headcount, revenue and profit. Focused on creating a best in class working environment and culture, John is passionate about building diverse teams and an environmentally friendly business.
A proponent for outstanding service delivery, John uses his experience to build successful recruitment teams and create JCW’s next generation of business leaders.
