From the quality of the roles, or people, we present to you, to the ongoing communication throughout the hiring process, we’re committed to ensuring you receive an outstanding recruitment experience.


Clients. We will:  

  • Only submit candidates who have given us express permission to forward their profile. Where possible, ensure this permission is documented.
  • Communicate with you at least weekly with an update on search progress. If there are any delays, for whatever reason, throughout the hiring process, we’ll keep you informed with the reasons why, and an updated timeline.
  • Always provide full and candid feedback to you, from candidates, on both your hiring process and business.
  • We do what we say we will. Every single time.


Candidates. We will:

  • Respond to calls within 24 hours.
  • Endeavour to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
  • Always give you feedback we receive from our clients. This includes updating you, at least weekly, in situations where we have no feedback from the client.
  • We do what we say we will. Every single time.
