Our client are a leading global consultancy in Luxembourg, specializing in cutting-edge digital banking solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with top-tier financial institutions on key projects, helping their clients transform and optimize their processes through digital solutions. Although expertise in Avaloq is required, this role offers international exposure and the opportunity to grow your expertise in other core banking systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key player in client engagements, providing strategic advice and technical solutions
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored banking solutions
- Translate business needs into Avaloq system requirements and process workflows
- Lead the end-to-end core banking system transformation using Avaloq
- Identify opportunities to optimize Avaloq deployment, leveraging existing and new features
- Prepare tenders and proposals, establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert
Experience Required:
- A degree in Finance, IT, or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in requirements engineering and Avaloq module customization
- Avaloq ACCP Certification with a major in Core Technologies
- Strong knowledge of Avaloq parameterization and full-cycle implementation experience. Experience in other core banking systems such as Olympic, Temenos, Aladdin, Charles River, Murex is advantageous. Knowledge of SWIFT would also be desirable.
- Experience in working in the banking sector and knowledge of derivatives, securities etc
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French or German is a plus
- Ability to work in Luxembourg onsite with the client
