I am recruiting for a principal engineer for a global engineering services company that are working on a number of large CAPEX programs in grid power upgrade across the DACH region.This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation that has projects in pipeline.
The Role
• Lead and motivate a team of technical experts to solve HVDC challenges with innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with different functions and engage in global projects spanning design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Embrace core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and nurture their professional growth within the HVDC power systems domain.
The Person
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical power, mechanical design, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years' experience in the energy field of electrical power.
• Demonstrated project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for innovation and commitment to shaping the future of sustainable power transmission.
