Loss Control Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver written safety programs, educational resources, and detailed reports to clients and underwriting teams.
• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend practical safety improvements.
• Investigate and analyze accident trends to pinpoint root causes and propose corrective measures.
• Facilitate safety meetings, training programs, and compliance initiatives aligned with WC/OSHA standards.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to track trends and support service planning.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, client service initiatives, and the creation of enhanced safety resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of loss control or risk management experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to conduct related training.
• Proficiency in data management systems (e.g., ASAP, iCE) and strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
