Our client are a leading Financial Services firm in Luxembourg who are currently looking for a Manager to join their Investment Management advisory business. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on regulatory requirements, including Capital Requirements, Liquidity Risk, and regulatory expectations for investment management firms locally. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to investment management firms on Capital Requirements, Liquidity Risk, and regulatory expectations as per Luxembourg regulations.

  • Assist clients in understanding and complying with evolving regulatory frameworks, including CSSF and EU regulatory guidelines.

  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses related to capital and liquidity requirements.

  • Develop tailored solutions to help clients enhance their risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance strategies.

  • Engage with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay abreast of the latest regulatory developments.

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and developing client proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial services consulting, regulatory advisory, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of capital and liquidity regulations applicable to investment management firms in Luxembourg.

  • Experience in working with regulatory frameworks such as CRR, CRD, AIFMD, UCITS, and CSSF guidelines.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex regulatory concepts to clients.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
