Product Compliance Manager

JCW is currently working on behalf of a rapidly growing insurance company that is seeking a skilled Product Compliance Manager to join their team. This role is essential to ensuring regulatory adherence and offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes. Reporting to the Vice President of Compliance, the Product Compliance Manager will lead compliance initiatives and collaborate across departments to uphold the organization’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed on industry regulations and develop compliance policies aligned with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with product development and operations teams to integrate compliance into the product lifecycle.
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify and address regulatory issues.
• Deliver training to employees on compliance policies and communicate regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or auditing,
• Experience with using SERFF or similar systems.
