Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of construction and engineering projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction, and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works.
Due to continued growth, the need now exists for Electrical Project Lead ( projektleiter) for As Electrical project Lead for energy transmission projects, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects, responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand the electrical project requirements and be able to develop a comprehensive project plan to execute the project successfully.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor project development and make necessary adjustments as needed ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct technical reviews and validate electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement value engineering solutions to improve project efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete project documentation on project progress status, risks, and relevant issues ready for submission or review by senior management.
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Lead within construction with focus substation erection
- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Proficiency in Electrical Project Management software & tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
