About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Broker to join our small, dynamic team in Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing property insurance solutions for clients, working closely with insurers, and providing expert advisory services. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional with deep knowledge of the Swiss insurance market to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage property insurance solutions for corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and clients.
- Negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing to secure the best solutions for clients.
- Provide expert advice on property risk management and insurance strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the Swiss property insurance sector.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in the Swiss insurance market is essential.
- Strong understanding of property insurance products, underwriting, and claims handling.
- Proven track record in brokerage, underwriting, or risk advisory roles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a small team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
