Your Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support our new and existing clients on Abacus projects, particularly in applications such as AbaProject, ABA FiBU/Financial Accounting and Payroll.
- Conduct system updates, lead training sessions, and create detailed documentation.
- Provide on-site and remote support to our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
- Gradually take on project management responsibilities, leading various projects to successful completion.
Your Profile
- Deep experience with ABACUS software and a strong IT affinity.
- Enjoy daily interactions with clients and have a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrate a strong service and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of German and English.
