Senior Manager - Deal Advisory

We are currently working with a leading consulting organization in Luxembourg who are seeking an experience Deal Advisory professional professional to join their Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will lead diverse financial advisory engagements, including cross-border transactions, and provide strategic financial insights. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest standards in project execution and deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead local and international financial advisory engagements, including due diligence and deal advisory.
• Manage buy-side and sell-side transactions across various industries.
• Evaluate deal feasibility and provide clear, actionable strategic and financial recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation and review of engagement deliverables, ensuring quality control.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.

Experience Required:

• Master’s degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
• Proven experience in project management, including team and client coordination.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and experience with financial modeling.
• Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
