I am currently recruiting a senior project manger in project financing for a leading renewable energy business in Germany to be based in Hessen.
You will be joining an established business unit with excellent project pipeline. You will get the opportunity to work autonomously to deliver on complex projects and will need to have experience dealing with senior stake holders.
Some of the responsibilities include:
▪ Identify suitable national and international banks and investors for our wind, solar and hybrid parks
▪ Structuring project financing and building up project portfolios
▪ Lead M&A transactions and sell projects to national and international investors
▪ Conduct contract negotiations
▪ Responsible for and manage the structured financing and M&A process from initiation, due diligence and contract negotiations through to closing ("financial close") and coordinate interdisciplinary teams of internal specialist departments during this process
▪ prepare and evaluate profitability calculations ("financial modelling") and sensitivity analyses and optimize their structures
▪ Develop projects and processes commercially
▪ Support the conclusion of electricity supply contracts ("PPA") and participation in tariff tenders
▪ have completed a degree - preferably in finance or economics
▪ have a very good command of German, English and other languages are an advantage
