Ina joined JCW in 2021, after already working in the recruiting industry for 2 years. Within the financial services industry, she provides outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Before working in Recruitment, Ina studied economics and languages and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Gießen. As her mother is Russian, she was raised bilingual. Besides that, she speaks six languages and has already lived in Brazil and Switzerland.

What is the most important skill as a recruiter?
Continuity – there will always be unsuccessful days at work, but when you keep on doing the job, you can turn those bad days into good ones
What is the biggest prolem your clients have when recruiting?
Passive candidates: there is a lack of good candidates on the market, who actively apply to jobs. That is where in my role as a recruitment consultant, I can use my expertise, actively approach the best candidates, and connect them to the client.
Interesting fact about you
I was raised bilingual (German/ Russian) and besides that, speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Moreover, I am currently learning Serbian.
