Business Development Manager – Insurance (Dutch Market)
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion in the Dutch insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize business strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to expand insurance services in the Dutch market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, agents, and key clients.
- Organize marketing activities and identify opportunities for new products.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust market strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch insurance regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with 5+ years in sales/marketing for Commercial Property/Casualty insurance in the Dutch market.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French/German/Chinese is a plus).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with Dutch insurance regulations; industry connections are a plus.
