For one of the leading reinsurance companies worldwide we are looking for a Chief Underwriting Officer (m/f/d). You have the option to work from four different locations. Ideally you have at least 10 years of experience as an underwriter and strong knowledge in the energy sector.
Your role:
- Underwriting of (non-)proportional Onshore and Offshore Energy Treaty Business in different countries
- Further development of the Energy Treaty Business
- Doing Risk Analysis of the insurance portfolio
- Developing and presenting reinsurance strategies in the energy business with clients
- Supporting other underwriters as a Mentor
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in reinsurance industry
- Distinctive knowledge of the international energy markets
- Financial Proficiency
- Technological and analytical skills
- Business fluent English and ideally German
