Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, propose, and acquire new business
• Build and maintain a prospect list through networking
• Document client interactions, quotes, and coverage needs in the company system
• Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters
• Renew existing clients annually
• Cross-sell property & casualty, personal insurance, and benefits policies to corporate clients

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance (B2B sales professionals considered upon licensing)
• Hunter mentality to engage your niche and build your book of business.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in collecting information for new business opportunities.
• Ability to review and compare coverages, presenting options with a service focus.
• Strong ability to learn and master commercial industry knowledge.
