About the Role:
As the Consolidation and Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in driving accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting critical business decisions, and ensuring compliance with international financial standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consolidation and reporting projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
- Provide strategic insights and expert recommendations based on financial data to guide decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to IFRS and other international financial standards.
- Collaborate with international teams to drive consistency and implement best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to operational planning and execution, aligning your expertise with company objectives.
- Play a critical role in achieving short and medium-term business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in managing international projects with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, etc.).
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
