Join a company providing expert construction services for major players in the industry. Seeking a dynamic Freelance Site Manager to take charge of multiple high-stakes projects at a brownfield site near Frankfurt partnering with a leading Oil & Gas company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead on-site construction for multiple projects, including tank storage and erection work.
- Be the go-to person, managing communication between contractors, vendors, and operations.
- Drive HSSE and Quality Assurance to ensure top-notch safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate project phases, from planning to execution, keeping everything on track.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment across operational teams.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in the Oil & Gas industry, with a solid background in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Experience in Midstream/Terminals.
- Fluent in German and English – you’ll be working with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with brownfield sites and deep knowledge of HSSE and QA.
- Strong project leadership and multitasking skills to keep projects moving forward.
