Our client is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, looking for a temporary, part-time contracts specialist/paralegal to take lead on the drafting of various agreements, including clinical trial, confidential disclosure, vendor, etc.
This position will start out as a part-time role with around 20-30 hrs/week, with the potential to grow into a full-time permanent position, depending on the company's needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical trial agreements.
