Your Role:
- Offer expert advice on Swiss and cross border M&A topics
- Expand your professional network and expertise in corporate matters alongside some of Switzerland's top lawyers
- Contribute to a dynamic, young team of international professionals
Your Profile:
- You have initial experience in corporate and M&A matters at other Swiss law firms
- You are qualified to practice law in Switzerland (Swiss Bar)
- You possess a Swiss legal educational background
- You are fluent in German and English
