Director of Risk Management

JCW is currently working on behalf of a carrier specializing in workers compensation that's looking to expand their Risk Management team. They are seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead efforts in reducing workplace injuries, managing claims, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive programs to reduce workplace injuries and improve safety compliance.
• Analyze loss trends and conduct risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing risk management team, fostering accountability and continuous growth.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability, with knowledge of risk management principles.
• 5–10 years of workers’ compensation risk management experience at an insurance carrier.
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation preferred.
