Financial Reporting Manager

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a global specialty insurer with a growing US presence. As a senior member of the Chief Accounting Officer’s team, you'll provide technical leadership and management over financial reporting. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering internal and external financial reporting. The firm offers ample room for growth and exposure to senior leadership. This is a remote opportunity with comfortability traveling to the firm's US headquarters.

Key Responsibilities-

• Overseeing the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Preparing IFRS to Stat reconciliations
• Analyzing financial results and presenting explanations to senior leadership
• Researching and documenting complex accounting treatments

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7 to 10 years of financial reporting experience, ideally in financial services
• CPA certification with a top-tier public accounting/audit background
• Experience with P&C statutory reporting
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
