As Head of IT Strategy & Operations, you support the CIO in implementing key priorities that affect the entire IT organization and require a coordinated and consolidated approach. You play a crucial role in the strategic and operational management of the IT organization by increasing process efficiencies and promoting collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You also actively contribute to the development, planning, control and transformation of the IT operating model.
Responsibilities:
You support the CIO in daily IT management and coordinate cooperation with other departments
You develop the IT strategy in line with the business goals
You optimize the IT operating model according to strategy and processes
You lead strategic projects to improve IT delivery capability
You monitor the IT organization's key performance indicators
Requirements:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a
related field; further qualifications (MBA or certifications) are an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in IT/IS in management consulting or a senior
Function (in the financial/insurance industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management at all levels up to management level
Excellent analytical and strategic skills, as well as a structured and organized approach
Basic knowledge of modern IT systems, cloud technologies and IT security requirements
