We are working with one of our clients that is looking for a strategic leader to shape and modernize their operations and banking technology. This is an SVP level position and you will report directly to the Chief Banking Officer. It is hybrid in New Canaan, CT with 4 days on site.
As part of our leadership team, you will:
- Lead initiatives to automate, integrate, and modernize banking systems
- Oversee daily branch, deposit, and payment operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to empower teams and enhance service
- Drive continuous improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
- Implement cutting-edge digital banking solutions, including mobile apps, APIs, and digital payments
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals
- Mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
