Microsoft Powershell Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft PowerShell Consultant for a 1-year freelance contract to join our client onsite in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will work on a Microsoft PowerShell-based project, focusing on Windows File Server management, file ACL (Access Control List) management, and data migration.

Responsibilities:

• Apply and execute pre-defined processes and scripts to manage and accelerate timelines for the project.
• Utilize PowerShell to automate tasks related to Windows File Servers, ACL management, and data migration.
• Provide expertise and recommendations to optimize the entire data migration process.
• Work on technologies including Azure Storage Account, Azure File Sync, DFS, and Microsoft ADDS.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Windows File Server, file ACL management, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Azure Storage Account, Azure File Sync, DFS, and Microsoft ADDS technologies.
• Experience with Azure Accounts/Runbooks using service accounts.
• Familiarity with SharePoint file management.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Available to start with short notice
