JCW Search AG are currently working together with a leading Swiss boutique law firm in the search for an experienced employment law professional to join at partner level.
Your role:
Your role:
- Further develop the practice for a well established Swiss law firm with ambitions of developing and growing their presence in the market
- Advise clients, both employers and employees on Swiss employment topics
- Grow your business further through collaboration with the firms other existing strong practice areas
- You have several years experience working with Swiss employment law topics at other leading law firms
- You have a good network in the employment law field
- You are admitted to the Swiss Bar
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You have an existing portable business case
- Ability to work in a dynamic law firm with high ambitions of growth
- The opportunity to work in a strong employment law practice, keen on becoming the market leader in employment law
