JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Insurance MGA Agency seeking an experienced Personal lines Sales Producer. This role requires exercising independent judgment and leadership, and generating new business, working collaboratively with retail agents. You will work remotely in the Eastern time zone, growing an existing book of bushiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and brokers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, products, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and effective placement of risks.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote the agency’s insurance products and services, leveraging networking opportunities, industry events, and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Insurance Sales experience.
- Wholesale and/or MGA background within Personal lines space required.
- Ability to travel 20%, once a quarter.
- E&S background selling into retail agents.
