Proejct Finance - Renewable Energy

JCW are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Finance Professional to join a leading global player in the renewable energy industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and financing of innovative energy projects that accelerate the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial structuring and execution of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability, and risk.
• Conduct due diligence and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Support the negotiation and closing of financing agreements, including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project development, legal, and engineering, to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory frameworks to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project finance, preferably within the renewables or energy sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of financing instruments and structures.
• Proven track record in managing complex transactions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
