Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and reinsurers in the Swiss and international markets.
• Develop tailored property facultative reinsurance solutions for clients, ensuring optimal coverage and competitive terms.
• Drive new business development by leveraging your network and market knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence in the property facultative reinsurance sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Property Facultative Broker or Property Underwriter in direct insurance.
• Strong network within the Swiss insurance and reinsurance markets.
• Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is essential.
