JCW are currently working together with a leading re/insurance firm in the search for a Risk & Compliance Manager (80%) to be based in Zuich.

For this position, we are searching for experienced candidates with the following background:
- University degree (Bachelor's degree or higher), primarily in the areas of Law, Insurance or (Business) Economics or Natural Sciences
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in Risk and Compliance functions in (re)insurance or financial institutions
- Familiarity with Internal Control System (ICS) and relevant risk management and compliance frameworks and policies; experience in developing information security management systems (ISMS) is a plus
- Enthusiastic and forward-looking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively across business functions.
- Strong sense of reliability and responsibility.
- Proficient and effective knowledge of MS-Office products and Swiss GRC
