Senior Associate - Banking & Finance – Luxembourg

About the Role:
As a Senior Associate in our Luxembourg Banking & Finance team, you’ll work closely with partners and clients, advising on complex banking and finance matters. This role offers the ideal platform for career growth and development within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
• Engage in various finance operations, including secured lending, acquisition and real estate finance, financial collateral arrangements, bond issuances, and listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and support.

Skills & Expertise:

• Postgraduate law degree, ideally with an additional degree from abroad (LL.M or Business School).
• 5-6 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance, corporate, or funds finance, ideally from a top-tier law firm with international exposure.
• Admission to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or eligibility for CCDL.
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Autonomous, dynamic, flexible, and proactive with a client-focused approach.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French; other languages are an asset.
