About the Role
As a Senior Cyber Broker, you will play a pivotal role in advising and supporting clients in managing their cyber risks. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international insurance brokerage firm and become part of a fast-evolving area in the insurance industry. Working from Zurich, you will leverage your expertise to tailor risk solutions, negotiate with insurers, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing tailored cyber insurance and risk management solutions.
• Assess clients’ needs and design comprehensive cyber insurance programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients.
• Stay abreast of cyber risk trends, market conditions, and new product developments.
• Deliver presentations and technical advice to clients in both English and German.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Switzerland and internationally.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-6 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or risk management, with a focus on cyber insurance or technology-related risks.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of cyber risks, insurance markets, and risk transfer solutions.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build client trust.
  • Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): CII or equivalent insurance qualification.
