JCW are working with an insurance company, searching for a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join the team in Pfäffikon (SZ).
Your responsibilities:
- Handle commercial legal matters, including contractual matters, NDA’s and insurance related documents.
- Advise functions on litigation issues.
- Support the group with regulatory filings.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years PQE with an insurance company or with insurance clients from private practice.
- German and English fluency.
- BAR exam qualified (Switzerland, Austria or Germany).
- FINMA experience.
- Ideally some knowledge on supervisory law.
