Senior Manager - Valuations

We are currently looking for an experienced Valuation Manager/Senior Manager to join our Financial Services client in Luxembourg. In this role, you will lead and execute valuations for a range of purposes, including M&A, financial reporting, and litigation support. You will be the key contact for clients, ensuring the highest quality in valuation and financial modeling deliverables. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to practice growth while mentoring and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent valuations for businesses and assets across various contexts, including M&A and financial advisory.
• Build and review financial models, ensuring the accuracy of assumptions and data.
• Lead valuation engagements and serve as the main point of contact for clients and teams.
• Develop and present reports and marketing materials for ongoing and prospective engagements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and presentations.

Experience Required:

• Master’s degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, or economics.
• At least 5 years of valuations experience in an accounting firm, professional services firm, or bank.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executives across functions and communicate complex topics effectively.
• Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong asset.
