Are you ready to take the lead in innovative switchgear construction projects? We're seeking a motivated Project Lead with a background in Electrical Engineering and experience to join a growing team.
What You'll Bring:
- Hands-on experience, ideally starting from an apprenticeship in the field and a degree in electrical engineering.
- Proven project management skills.
- Background in medium voltage systems is preferred.
- Fluency in German and English (projects involve collaboration with teams on international basis).
The Role:
- Oversee and lead switchgear construction projects with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with a team tackling a high volume of exciting projects.
- Some travel required (mostly day trips, occasional overnight).
