An experienced recruiter with 6 years’ experience recruiting across the life sciences and financial services industry, having managed teams and developed new markets. Leveraging the experience gained to help train and develop staff across the JCW Group.

Very keen on all things sport, playing league cricket in the Herts leagues with Old Owens CC. Big Liverpool fan, regularly attending home and away games. Keen swimmer having competed at a high level across the country growing up.

  • Delivery of training programs across the business
  • Ensure continued development of staff throughout their career
  • Up-skill staff to increase performance
  • Run key skills workshops
  • Report on trainings delivered
  • Creation of new training content
  • Work with Managers to ensure teams get continued training and development
  • Ensuring the management framework is adhered to
  • Part of the EU management team, key input on business initiatives
  • Drive key retention initiatives
