Julius was the first hire for the Frankfurt office in 2018. Throughout his time at JCW, he has used his broad market knowledge to provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Before his time at JCW Julius worked and studied at EY for three years, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax and Law.

The biggest problem my clients have is that they recruit in a highly candidate-driven market, where most candidates are not actively looking at all. We approach those candidates, make them aware of the vacancy and select those who are the best fit.
