Hi I'm Luis and I'm part of the global L&D teamI have had a long sales career and have experience in insurance sales but also in recruiting. At JCW, I started as a Senior Associate Consultant and worked my way up to Principal Consultant. In the process, I was a Global Top Biller in 2020.

As I have always enjoyed training and development more, I am L&D Manager in Germany since June 2021 and am responsible for the onboarding and development of each employee.

If I hadn't become an L&D manager, I would either be a ski instructor or an opera singer.

What Luis is responsible for

I work with exceptional candidates with the following skill sets

  • Ensure the best possible onboarding
  • Delivery of training programs across the business
  • Ensure continued development of staff throughout their career
  • Up-skill staff to increase performance
  • Key input on business initiatives
  • Run key skills workshops
  • Creation of new training content
  • Work with Managers to ensure teams get continued training and development
  • Part of the EU management team
  • Drive key retention initiative
