JCW are working with a modern insurance company, and are searching for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join the team in Pfäffikon (SZ).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in transactional activities (m&a and join ventures etc).
• Drive corporate law and corporate governance matters across the group.
• Prepare reports for key stakeholders across the company.

You need:

• Swiss or EU Bar admission
• 4+ years across private practice OR in-house, ideally with both.
• insurance company experience is a plus.
• German and English fluency.
